Is this unusual?

One website I run has a really loyal following as is shown by the following statistics. So far in 2007 this particular website has had about 240,000 visitors, the breakdown of how they got to the site is as follows (this information is all from google analytics)

Direct - 70.60%
Google (organic) - 20.39%
Yahoo (organic) - 1.37%
msn (organic) - 1.00%
1st website referrer - 0.94%

So 70% of visitors are typing the url directly into the browser because they know the site and want to visit it. Interestingly 35% of search traffic is from searches on the domain name, so it's really almost 80% of visitors who are directly wanting to see the website.

Is this unusual? Is it a good thing? or a bad thing?
